Role Description
The AI Automations Sales Consultant (100% Commission) is a remote, contract role focused on identifying, qualifying, and closing new B2B clients for custom AI and automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and outreach to executives, consultants, and agencies
- Conducting discovery calls to understand operational challenges
- Positioning BizExpanders’ AI workflows and integrations as tailored solutions

The consultant will collaborate closely with technical and strategy teams to:
- Translate client needs into clear solution proposals
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing
The role also involves maintaining ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, gathering feedback to refine solution offerings, and cultivating long-term partnership opportunities.
Success in this role is driven by consultative selling, strong relationship management, and comfort operating in a performance-based, commission-only environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales Consulting skills with experience in B2B or technology solutions, including the ability to conduct needs assessments and present tailored proposals.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to manage expectations, build trust, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
- Consulting skills with a focus on diagnosing operational challenges, recommending AI-driven solutions, and guiding clients through change.
- Familiarity with AI, automation, or SaaS solutions and comfort discussing workflows, integrations, and business process optimisation.
- Proven track record in commission-based or performance-driven sales environments, ideally with agency, consulting, or technology partners.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a pipeline, and consistently follow up with prospects and clients.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise operations; experience working with executives, consultants, or agencies.

- Keep Your Consulting Fees: You retain 100% of any upfront consulting or advisory fees you charge the client directly.
- Setup Commissions: Earn a 10% flat-rate commission on all custom builds executed by BizExpanders.
- Trailing Revenue: Earn up to 30% Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) on all active contracts you introduce.
- Estimated Annual Earning Potential: £30,000.00 - £60,000.00
- Flexibility: 100% Remote work.
