A global organisation is seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst to support the delivery of AI-enabled transformation initiatives across business processes, digital services, and operational functions.

This position is ideal for a transformation-focused professional with strong experience in business analysis, process optimisation, AI adoption, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying AI opportunities, redesigning business processes, and translating complex requirements into scalable technology solutions.

This will be a full-time permanent opportunity worked on a hybrid basis in London, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business process discovery, analysis and future-state design for AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
  • Identify, assess and prioritise AI, automation and digital improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and gather business, functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop AI use cases, business cases, process maps and success metrics.
  • Assess AI readiness, including data quality, governance, risks and controls.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Data, Architecture and Product teams to shape scalable AI solutions.
  • Support solution design, testing, implementation and business adoption.
  • Promote best practices in business analysis, process improvement and responsible AI.
