AI Business Analyst - Wealth & Asset Management
Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Permanent
Help shape the future of wealth and asset management through client-led transformation, thoughtful delivery, and meaningful commercial impact.

The Role
We are looking for a collaborative and commercially minded consultant to support clients across the Wealth & Asset Management sector. You will work on strategic and operational challenges that improve client experience, strengthen delivery, and support business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Support wealth and asset management clients on transformation initiatives across advisory, operations, and digital change.
- Help define and deliver practical solutions that improve client journeys, strengthen governance, and create measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape project direction and support successful delivery.
- Contribute to business development through insight, analysis, and a strong understanding of the WAM market.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues through clear communication and consistent execution.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in wealth and asset management, financial services, or a closely related consulting environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Commercial awareness and a good understanding of the pressures facing WAM firms.
- A structured, analytical approach with the ability to turn complexity into clear actions.
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to contribute in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
