AI - Business Automation Lead

Salary: Up to £120,000k

Location: Remote UK - No sponsorship available, Sorry

A global cybersecurity SaaS company is looking for an AI & Business Automation Lead to own and shape the next generation of how the business operates.

We need someone who's not content with just building for the now, we want someone who thinks about the future of AI and the technology landscape, and builds with that in mind.

You'll combine hands-on technical delivery with strategic thinking, identifying where AI can create value, building scalable solutions and helping senior leaders understand what's possible.

Working closely with business leaders, engineering teams and senior stakeholders, you'll own the automation roadmap and help turn emerging AI capabilities into practical business solutions.

What you'll do

  • Identify opportunities across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations where AI and automation can drive efficiency and scale.
  • Design and build intelligent automation solutions, from discovery through to deployment.
  • Create scalable AI-enabled systems that support the company's future growth.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and advise leadership on where they can deliver real business impact.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure solutions are robust, secure and maintainable.
  • Lead and develop a small automation team while remaining hands-on technically.
  • Challenge existing approaches and help shape the company's long-term AI strategy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
