AI - Business Automation Manager
Salary – up to £110K
Location – Remote UK – Sorry No Sponsorship.
Join a fast-growing, globally cybersecurity SaaS business. With a strong engineering culture, long employee tenure, and a genuinely flexible remote-first environment, the company has created a workplace where high performers are trusted, supported, and given the freedom to make a real impact.
As Business Automation Manager, you'll own the strategy and the delivery, sitting across Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and HR, hunting down manual processes that shouldn't exist, and building intelligent automation that gives those teams their time back.
What you'll actually do
- Map the business for pain, partner with functional leaders to surface the highest-value automation opportunities across every internal department
- Own automation end-to-end, from initial diagnosis through design, build, and ongoing iteration, not just hand off.
- Apply AI pragmatically: LLMs, document processing, agents, predictive analytics.
- Prototype and deploy using workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, Workato, or custom builds) and API integrations
- Define and track success metrics, time saved, cost reduced, error rates down. Automate reporting and data flows so leadership has real-time visibility into business performance
- Lead, mentor, and grow a small automation team while remaining a builder yourself
- Evaluate and adopt new AI tooling as the landscape evolves, staying ahead, not catching up

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
