About Xinference
Xinference is an Australian-owned AI infrastructure company. We build two products: Xinference, an enterprise-grade model inference platform that lets organisations run 300+ AI models on their own private infrastructure; and Xagent, a natural language AI agent builder that executes complex tasks autonomously with no coding or flowcharts required. We are expanding across UK and this role sits at the centre of that growth.
Role Overview
We are looking for a 100% outbound, full-cycle BDM to build and close a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across the UK. You prospect, you qualify, you close. There is no SDR handing you meetings and no inbound motion to rely on. You sell to CTOs, Heads of AI, and IT leadership at organisations where private AI deployment is a regulatory requirement or strategic priority.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
