AI Business Engineer / AI Expert
Your role
Are you passionate about transforming the future of work through Artificial Intelligence? Do you have a strong track record in business transformation, product innovation, or AI-led change initiatives? Can you bridge business challenges with emerging AI capabilities and influence senior stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes?
We’re looking for an AI Business Engineer / AI Expert to:
- identify and prioritise opportunities to redesign business processes through AI, intelligent automation and AI-first operating models
- simplify, optimise and eliminate non-value-adding activities across employee, customer and operational workflows
- translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and measurable business value
- develop business cases, define value levers and establish success metrics for AI investments
- assess and apply technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI and intelligent automation
- partner with Product Managers, Engineers and Designers to embed AI capabilities into products and services
- co-create AI-enabled product visions, roadmaps and future-state architectures
- provide thought leadership on AI, automation and human-AI collaboration
- bring external trends, benchmarks and industry best practices into the organisation
- foster experimentation, innovation, continuous learning and AI-first ways of working across teams

Your team
You’ll be working within the Group Human Resources & Corporate Services (GHRCS) division, partnering closely with the Products & Innovation team. You’ll collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and business stakeholders across the organisation.

Our role is to drive enterprise-wide transformation through AI, helping the organisation reimagine products, services and operating models from first principles. You’ll play an important role in shaping the future of work by introducing AI-first solutions and enabling business leaders to realise measurable value from emerging technologies.
Your expertise
- extensive experience in business transformation, consulting, product innovation, digital transformation or AI-led change initiatives
- strong understanding of: Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs); Agentic AI and intelligent automation; AI product development lifecycles
- data-driven decision-making
- proven track record of solving complex and ambiguous business challenges
- experience delivering strategic initiatives with measurable business outcomes
- demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide change
- able to connect business needs with technology opportunities and translate them into actionable solutions
- strategic thinker with the ability to operate effectively in fast-changing and uncertain environments
- skilled at communicating complex AI concepts in a clear, practical and business-relevant manner
- collaborative and influential team player capable of building strong relationships across business and technology functions
- curious, innovative and proactive in identifying transformation opportunities
- committed to continuous learning and fostering an AI-first mindset across teams
- strong leadership presence with the ability to build alignment, momentum and engagement for change initiatives across the organisation
