Practice Lead (Microsoft Power Platform & AI-Enabled Delivery) – Belfast
We’re hiring a Practice Lead to join our Belfast practice and help shape the next generation of Microsoft Power Platform delivery—covering low-code, no-code, and pro-code apps. This is a delivery-first, full-time permanent role with a hybrid work pattern based in Belfast.

About The Role
This role is for someone who wants to stay closely aligned with real project delivery while helping our team build practical AI-enabled ways of working.
You’ll lead a dedicated stream within our Microsoft Business Applications practice, overseeing a team of Team Leads responsible for managing engineers and consultants in delivery. Your work will focus on turning innovative ideas into repeatable, high-quality delivery patterns.
We are investing heavily in AI-enabled delivery because the next phase of Power Platform adoption will be driven by teams that combine:
- Platform expertise
- Strong delivery discipline
- Practical AI tooling
You’ll have opportunities to define these emerging capabilities while maintaining a hands-on approach with client projects.
Key Focus Areas
- Replace click-heavy configurations with code-led approaches
- Build Copilot Studio agents to streamline client interactions or internal support
- Develop context engineering and harness engineering practices
- Advance human-in-the-loop and autonomous AI solutions that enhance productivity and quality
- Extend our playbook for AI-enabled delivery—governance, reusable assets, and adoption strategies
This role spans pre-sales and delivery, giving you flexibility to influence projects at every stage, from winning new business to executing seamless execution.
Critical Expectations
You must bring hands-on experience using and implementing AI tools—not just theoretical interest. Relevant experience includes:
- Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
- Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI platforms Used to:
- Create client-facing AI solutions
- Accelerate delivery workflows
- Structure requirements or testing processes
- Improve adoption and configuration reusability

Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Provide clarity, coaching, and support for your team of Team Leads, enabling effective delivery outcomes.
- Project Delivery: Act as a Technical or Functional Principal, prioritising avenues where your expertise delivers the most impact.
- Customer Engagement: Be a trusted advisor for clients, fostering relationships through all stages—pre-sales to delivery.
- AI-Enabled Innovation:
- Drive reusable practices in AI-prompts, patterns, and accelerators
- Experiment with Copilot Studio agents, code-led configurations, harness engineering, and autonomous workflows
- Business Development: Inform pre-sales and AI strategy, supporting proposals, demos, and client conversations.
- Operational Improvement:
- Stay hands-on with project details to unblock teams
- Identify reusable patterns and help Team Leads adapt to modern methodologies
- Quality & Responsibility: Champion ethical AI use, balancing autonomy with scalable quality, judgement, and client trust.

About You
This challenging but rewarding role requires a tech-savvy leader with deep consulting acumen and a practical AI mindset.
What You Bring
✅ 8+ years delivering Microsoft Power Platform (and Dataverse-based) solutions ✅ Proven consulting career with client-facing experience (pre-sales through delivery) ✅ Leadership experience in managing/coaching Team Leads and driving delivery excellence ✅ An ability to both inspire strategy and engage in technical detail ✅ Influence and thought leadership in Microsoft ecosystems ✅ Hands-on AI experience using (but not limited to): Copilot/ Studio, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and client-focused AI solutions ✅ Curiosity & innovation in how automation, agents, or code-led delivery can transform projects ✅ Ability to develop fresh processes/methodologies or improve existing standards ✅ Dynamics 365 experience – desirable, but not mandatory ✅ Communication skills capable of bridging technical and non-technical audiences
