AI Champion

Keepmoat are recruiting for an AI Champion on a 6 month FTC to accelerate AI adoption by bridging the gap between technical capabilities and practical business workflows. They drive cultural change, identify high-impact use cases, and train peers to turn AI experimentation into everyday, productive use.

AI adoption often fails when treated simply as a software deployment; Champions make it a cultural change. They ensure AI projects are not just technically sound but also deliver tangible ROI by addressing real-world operational needs.

Accountabilities

The AI Champion at Keepmoat will be driving adoption with the business through a variety of activities. Some of these will include:

  • Moving AI from pilot projects to daily, long-term use by departments
  • Identifying opportunities and inefficiencies where AI can help
  • Upskilling peers along with the overall focus on change management fostering an AI positive culture

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
