About The Role
What if your curiosity and conversational instincts could directly improve the AI systems millions of people use every day? We're looking for AI Chatbot Testers to engage with cutting-edge AI systems, evaluate their responses, and provide the human feedback that makes them smarter, safer, and more helpful.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role — no technical background required. If you're naturally inquisitive, enjoy exploring ideas across a wide range of topics, and can think critically about what makes a response genuinely good, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
- Engage in conversations with AI chatbots across a wide variety of topics and scenarios
- Evaluate responses for helpfulness, accuracy, clarity, and safety
- Identify issues such as incorrect information, awkward phrasing, bias, or unhelpful outputs
- Design creative, unexpected, and challenging prompts to probe the limits of AI behavior
- Submit structured, thoughtful feedback using clear rating frameworks
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Naturally curious — you enjoy exploring different topics and asking interesting questions
- Able to evaluate response quality objectively and articulate your reasoning clearly
- Strong written communicator with an eye for detail
- Comfortable navigating chat-based digital interfaces
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- No prior AI, technical, or professional testing experience required
