Department: Production
Location: Noë & Associates London

Description

Noë & Associates is a global brand consultancy working across real estate, hospitality, and luxury. We specialise in the unbuilt — creating brands and telling the stories of places before they exist. From our studios in New York, London, and Dubai, we have helped bring billions of dollars of developments to market for clients including Aman, Rosewood, Mandarin Oriental, Jumeirah, and IHG.

We are hiring an AI Cinematographer to help us picture the unbuilt: cinematic film and motion, made with the new generation of generative video tools, for some of the world’s most ambitious luxury developments and destinations.

We are proud to be part of Together Group, a curated collective of high-quality creative consultancies, marketing, technology and production studios. Together, we create and elevate brands, experiences and destinations of the future.

This role is initially offered on a contract basis, with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities

The role
This is a craft role at the frontier. You trained in film and you think like a cinematographer — in composition, lens, light, movement, and pace — and you have carried that language into AI video, where the tools now let us show a place, a feeling, and a way of living long before anything is built.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You will work alongside our strategists, designers, editors, and producers to develop the look and feel of residences, resorts, and destinations still in design — turning a vision into something a client and their audience can actually see and feel.

What you’ll do

  • Create cinematic film and motion with generative video tools — from early concept films to finished campaign work.
  • Work primarily in Kling, our current tool of choice, with room to use Seedance and other tools where they serve the work better.
  • Translate real cinematographic craft — framing, lensing, lighting, camera movement, edit rhythm — into prompts, references, and generative workflows that hold a high bar for taste and finish.
  • Develop looks and visual worlds for the unbuilt: places that do not yet exist, made convincing and beautiful on screen.
  • Exercise judgement about tools — which model or approach serves a given shot, and when a result is genuinely good enough to ship.
  • Stay at the edge of a fast-moving field and bring back what is worth using.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • A real grounding in film. Film school or equivalent training, with genuine command of cinematic language, pacing, and storytelling — film specifically, not photography. You think in motion, and you know how a single shot lives within a sequence.
  • Fluency with AI video generation. Hands-on experience with Kling especially; Seedance and/or other generative tools are valued, along with the judgement to know which suits the shot.
  • An eye for the high end. Taste, precision, and restraint suited to luxury brands — with a feel for architecture and the spaces our work brings to life.
  • Self-direction. Clear communication and the discipline to own work across time zones.

We are open on level. The role suits a recent film graduate fluent in today’s tools, but we are glad to talk to stronger candidates.
