The role

We are looking for an experienced AI compliance specialist to join as an advisor. Equity only, no salary. Suited to someone with an established compliance career who wants to contribute to an early-stage AI privacy company without leaving their current role.

What you will do

  • Review and strengthen our compliance framework.
  • Help us make claims we can defend to the ICO, FCA, and SRA.
  • Open doors into regulated industry networks.
  • Lend credibility to investor and enterprise conversations.

What we are looking for

  • Worked inside the ICO, as a DPO, privacy solicitor, or senior compliance role at a fintech or legaltech company.
  • Real working knowledge of UK GDPR and AI governance frameworks.
  • Comfortable advising an early-stage startup.

Compensation

Equity only. The percentage discussed is based on experience.
Open to cofounder conversations.
