AI Compliance Analyst
At Verda, we're building a fully featured European AI cloud, covering everything needed to train, experiment with, and deploy AI models at scale.
We are a full-stack AI infrastructure company, meaning we design, operate, and optimize the compute powering modern AI workloads across training and inference. Our infrastructure runs on 100% renewable energy, helping build a more sustainable AI ecosystem.
Join Verda while it’s still being built - not once it’s finished.
About The Role
Operating at the leading edge of European cloud infrastructure, we treat responsible deployment as a core pillar of our build process. With the EU AI Act now in effect and the supervisory framework operational, the regulatory landscape is shifting rapidly. We need an AI Compliance Analyst to take full ownership of this domain at Verda.
You will collaborate across engineering, legal, security, and product departments to ensure our systems fulfill every regulatory mandate from documentation and risk assessment, to incident management and audits. This hands-on position is for a problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, understands the practicalities of ethical AI, and wants to guide a high-growth firm through a defining era of tech regulation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
