Responsibilities
As a senior AI consultant, you’ll:
- Build deep trust with clients, acting as their partner for life by aligning with their business strategy
- Identify AI opportunities within organisations and propose scalable solutions
- Conduct AI audits to assess and improve clients’ AI maturity
- Translate business needs into technical AI vision and roadmaps
- Define roadmaps to guide clients’ AI transformations
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring security, scalability, and best-practice adherence
- Present insights and results, simplifying complex information for stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver on time, on budget, and on spec

Requirements
Hands-on AI experience is mandatory—we’re tool-agnostic, so experience with:
- AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude)
- ETL/ELT, cloud services, data warehousing, and BI tools
- Foundational knowledge of N8N, Zapier, Coda
We need an AI advocate, always experimenting and pushing boundaries.
Experience in a consulting role—you thrive in client-facing environments where you build trust.
Technical and commercial communication skills—able to speak to both senior leadership and technical teams.
Project leadership, ensuring delivery while aligning with client expectations.
A commercially-minded mindset—spotting new AI opportunities to drive tangible outcomes.

Ideal Experience
- Previous roles in AI consulting, data leadership, or analogous fields
- Ability to innovate and articulate new ideas
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders at all organisational levels
