AI Consultant (Copilot Studio)

Department: Microsoft

Location: Remote, UK

Description

If you love working with people just as much as you love engineering smart tech, you’ll fit right in. We’re on the lookout for an AI Consultant to help our clients bridge the gap between AI experimentation and systematic, scaled deployment. Working under the guidance of a senior architect, you'll design and build intelligent agents using Microsoft’s broader AI stack (including M365 Copilot, AI Builder, and generative actions), extending them into the Power Platform and pro-code services like Azure AI Foundry. It’s a highly collaborative role where you'll directly build the technical roadmaps that increase our clients' AI maturity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideation Sessions, Requirements Capture and Use Case Definition
Facilitate structured workshops to explore AI and agent opportunities. Work with stakeholders to define business needs, capture requirements, and shape them into actionable agent use cases. Help customers identify where they are on the “Frontier Firm” journey and what the next steps look like.

  • Design & Build AI Agents
Design, configure, and deploy AI agents and assistants using Copilot Studio and Microsoft’s AI capabilities, topics, generative actions, knowledge grounding, AI Builder, and connectors – integrating with the wider Power Platform and enterprise data where the scenario requires. Focus on moving the customer from experimentation to systematic, agent-led adoption.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
