AI Content Creator, Junior to Midweight
Location: Hybrid (2/3 days in-office) Team: Inizio Engage XD Film Focus: AI content creation for fast-turnaround film and animation projects
You’ll collaborate with producers, directors, animators, and production teams to deliver end-to-end AI-powered content that aligns with clients’ brand visions.
About the Role
This hybrid role is embedded within our 35-strong in-house film team, covering every stage of production—from briefing to delivery—on a varied portfolio of projects, including AI films and animations.
What You’ll Do
(Duties may vary—flexibility and adaptability are key!)
- Interpret creative briefs and deliver tailored content proposals
- Support budgeting and scheduling workflows
- Communicate effectively with internal (Inizio colleagues) and external (clients) teams
- Develop AI content using generative tools, software, and virtual production techniques
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting agreed specifications and budgets

What You’ll Need
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools (AI image/video creation)
- experience in creative concept development
- proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing
- Familiarity with After Effects and Photoshop (desirable)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
