About the Role

This role will focus on using AI tools and automation to improve content production, search visibility, and overall digital performance across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to develop scalable content workflows, support SEO performance, and help drive innovation across the ecommerce function.

What You'll Be Doing…

  • Creating and managing AI-assisted content workflows to support large-scale content production
  • Supporting SEO and AI search strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and online visibility
  • Building and refining prompts, automation processes, and AI-driven content systems
  • Monitoring search performance, user trends, and competitor activity across digital channels
  • Collaborating with marketing and ecommerce teams to ensure content aligns with brand and commercial goals

What We're Looking For…

  • Previous experience within SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing, ideally within ecommerce
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of search optimisation, content strategy, and user intent
  • Experience working with automation tools, APIs, or AI-powered workflows would be highly beneficial
  • A proactive and curious mindset with a genuine interest in emerging AI technologies and digital trends
