AI & CRM Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Graduate with 2-3 years B2B work experience in Digital Marketing. We are working with a fast-moving, globally active business operating across Europe, the USA and Asia. They need a commercially sharp Digital Marketer with CRM experience who knows how to turn data into results, and who's already using AI to work smarter.
You'll own campaigns end-to-end: segmenting a global contact database of nearly half a million B2B contacts.
Key responsibilities for this AI & CRM Marketing Executive job:
- Building and executing AI-powered, hyper-segmented campaigns across a large buyer and prospect database, this should be segmented by industry, geography, behaviour and asset type, ensuring campaigns are targeted and every message reaches the right company at the right time
- Running large-scale email marketing through platforms, with a focus on list growth, data acquisition and performance
- Managing Google Ads campaigns from brief to optimisation, using automation and analytics to maximise ROI, working with an external agency
- Using CRM and data tools to manage, segment and enrich contact data, including SIC/NAICS code research to identify and target new prospect pools
- Applying predictive analytics to interpret audience interest forecasts and shape campaign timing and strategy
- Presenting performance data into compelling visual stories using AI-assisted tools

For this job, you should have:
- At least 2-3 years in a B2B CRM role with some knowledge of Paid Media and SEO
- Proven skills in using AI tools
- Strong CRM and database management skills. Proven skills working with large, complex contact lists and making segmentation decisions
- Track record running high-volume email campaigns with measurable results
- Google Ads / PPC experience, including planning, execution and ongoing optimisation
- Solid social media marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- SEO experience, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and link building
- GDPR-aware and confident handling data responsibly across international markets
