Contract Role: AI & Data Analyst (Inside IR35)
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Inside IR35
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Through the end of 2026 (Role will transition to permanent during or at the end of the contract)
- Location: Full-time, 5 days per week, with 2-3 office days weekly (in Edinburgh or Manchester)
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations at a premier Financial Services client.
The Role Purpose
The AI & Data Analyst will:
- Drive the AI agenda within Group Procurement, identifying opportunities to leverage AI Agents and process automation.
- Ensure data accuracy to support audit or regulatory requests, providing timely submissions.
- Support the creation, embedding, and maintenance of AI technology solutions to enhance Procurement success across the Group-wide Business.
- Requires proven expertise with Microsoft Copilot (prompt engineering, automation, and Copilot Agents).

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Lead AI and data initiatives in alignment with Procurement strategy.
- Strengthen Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Supplier Management through AI-driven improvements.
- Deliver process automation and intelligence insights using AI Agents.
- Maintain data integrity for compliance and regulatory submissions.
Required Skills and Experience
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps & Forms
- Power BI
- Expertise in Agentic AI, particularly:
- Process simplification and automation
- Copilot Studio development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

Qualifications & Attributes
- Graduate-level calibre or relevant professional qualification (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Developing Agentic AI processes
- Ensuring data integrity
- Effective communicator with:
- Strong engagement & collaboration skills.
- Clear ability to present creative ideas to improve efficiency.
