This is a 6-month, fully on-site contract, offering up to £140 per day – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.
About The Opportunity

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic team that doesn’t just think outside the box, but makes the box bigger. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and refinement of advanced AI models, ensuring the highest quality of data that fuels these transformative technologies. Your expertise will be vital in delivering precise, high-quality data labeling, directly influencing the accuracy and effectiveness of next-generation AI solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain and follow strict confidentiality protocols, upholding customer privacy as a paramount tenet.
- Work with a diverse range of data types, including but not limited to text, speech, image, and video.
- Deliver high-quality labeled data consistently, adhering to provided guidelines to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilizing in-house tools and software.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Machine Learning (ML) data workflows, demonstrating proficiency in researching, creating factually and grammatically correct responses, ranking responses, and performing grammatically correct text, speech, image, and video annotation.
- Exercise strong logical decision-making skills, even when faced with ambiguous information during task execution.
- Exhibit a keen eye for detail and the ability to seamlessly pivot between different categories of requirements instantaneously.
- Support daily operational deliverables, including Average Handle Time (AHT), quality metrics, and Turnaround Time (TAT) for multiple task types assigned to you and the team.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing the end-to-end data execution process related to labeling tasks, striving for reduced dependency on detailed work instructions.
- Contribute to root cause analysis efforts, identify error patterns, and propose effective solutions to enhance the overall quality of labeling tasks.
- Take ownership in identifying day-to-day process and operational issues within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tools, suggesting changes to unblock operations.
- Provide dedicated floor support to clarify internal queries during execution on an as-needed basis.

About The Team
You will be joining a diverse team that operates strictly in the office, Monday through Friday, on an eight-hour shift. This team is continuously seeking innovative ways to enhance capabilities and deliver the best possible product. You can expect regular meetings, comprehensive training, and engaging company events throughout the year, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves)
- An associate’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
- CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Catalan Spanish language.
- Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency (CEFR C1+).
- Strong business writing skills, with the ability to create professional reports, proposals, and correspondence.
- Advanced reading comprehension skills, enabling the analysis of complex business documents.
- Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- A strong ability to interpret and meticulously implement detailed instructions across various projects.
- Proficient research skills, with proven experience in gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.

What Will Set You Apart (Nice-to-Haves)
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Professional work experience with a proven track record of strong task execution ability.
- Demonstrated capacity to effectively leverage open-source resources for comprehensive research purposes.
- The ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments characterized by changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
- Project coordination or management experience (particularly for support functions teams).
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across different departments.
- Advanced proficiency in widely used office productivity suites and common business applications.
