Company Description

Align Networks Group helps executives make confident, high-impact decisions in a complex and noisy technology landscape. The company specializes in designing bespoke executive experiences, including private roundtables, high-value technology showcases and summits, that enable leaders to evaluate options with clarity. Every interaction is intentional and closely aligned with each executive’s strategic priorities, ensuring relevance and value. By combining deep industry insight with a precision-driven nurturing model, Align Networks Group supports organizations in selecting the right technologies, building trusted relationships, and accelerating transformation with confidence.

Role Description

As an AI Data & Insights Specialist, you will help build and refine the data engine behind our precision-driven nurturing model — using AI and machine learning to process, classify, and surface insight from large, messy, real-world datasets (executive engagement history, market intelligence, event feedback, and industry signals) so our team can design experiences that are genuinely relevant to each leader we work with.

You do not need to arrive with deep AI expertise. We are looking for graduates with strong analytical fundamentals, hands-on coding experience, and the curiosity to keep learning as our tools and methods evolve.

What You'll Do

  • Build and apply machine learning models (e.g. classification, pattern recognition) to process large datasets and extract meaningful signals — similar in spirit to developing a classifier to distinguish subtle patterns in noisy, multi-channel data
  • Apply statistical techniques to clean, validate, and structure data from multiple sources into something decision-ready
  • Develop Python-based tools and scripts to automate repetitive data processing and reporting tasks
  • Translate technical findings into clear, non-technical summaries for colleagues and, where appropriate, clients
  • Continuously test, evaluate, and improve model performance and data pipelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with research and client-facing teams to ensure insights are relevant and actionable
  • Support the evaluation of new AI tools and data platforms as our internal capability grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
