ABOUT THE ROLE
ContentX Labs is an AI licensing company enabling AI companies, model developers, and research labs to access premium, rights-cleared video and audio content for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation. As the AI data market matures, demand for provenance-documented, legally sound datasets is accelerating, and ContentX Labs is positioned at the intersection of global content rights expertise and the Authorized AI Licensing market.
As our AI Data Licensing Manager, you will own the full commercial cycle: from identifying and qualifying AI lab prospects to structuring bespoke licensing agreements and growing a portfolio of recurring accounts. You will be the primary commercial bridge between the world's fast-moving AI ecosystem and our unique, rights-cleared content catalogue spanning Americas, EMEA, APAC, and international entertainment genres.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Business Development
- Build and manage an active pipeline of AI companies, model developers, and research institutions across EMEA and APAC as primary territories
- Identify, qualify, and prioritise accounts across four tiers: hyperscaler AI labs, frontier model startups, enterprise AI divisions, and mid-market boutique labs
- Represent ContentX Labs at key industry conferences: VivaTech, RAISE Summit, AI Summit London, World Summit AI (Amsterdam), Singapore AI Week, as a deal-generating channel
- Develop outbound sequences, account mapping, and prospecting frameworks from scratch as part of building ContentX Labs' GTM playbook

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Deal Execution & Licensing
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles: discovery, proposal, commercial structuring, negotiation, and close for AI training data licensing agreements
- Structure flexible licensing formats including bulk, subscription, category-specific (genre/language), and multi-modal bundles tailored to each buyer's model architecture needs
- Position ContentX Labs' Authorized AI Licensing approach
- Collaborate with legal and content teams to ensure every deal is watertight on IP rights, provenance chain, and usage terms
Commercial Operations
- Run disciplined pipeline hygiene in HubSpot: every account, stage, and forecast lives in the CRM, not in your head
- Fluency with a modern outbound stack (Apollo or similar, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sequencing tools); you build and run your own sequences
- Comfortable working from intent data and account-mapping tools rather than waiting on marketing-sourced leads
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitive positioning relative to US-based processing platforms, monitoring their product launches, enterprise signings, and conference presence
- Monitor regulatory developments, particularly EU AI Act Article 10 data governance requirements, and translate these into buyer-facing compliance narratives
- Report pipeline health, revenue forecasts, and deal velocity to ContentX Labs leadership on a weekly cadence
