About The Role

AI is only as good as the feedback it receives — and that's where you come in. We're looking for sharp, detail-oriented individuals to review and evaluate AI-generated outputs across text, images, and structured data. Your assessments directly shape how AI models learn, improve, and respond to real-world tasks.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that fits around your schedule — whether you're looking for a side project or a substantial part-time commitment.

Organization: Alignerr
Type: Hourly Contract
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, relevance, and overall quality
  • Rate content using structured rubrics and clear evaluation guidelines
  • Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas where AI outputs fall short
  • Write clear, actionable feedback to help guide model improvement
  • Work across a variety of content types, topics, and formats
  • Complete assignments independently on your own schedule

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
