AI Delivery Consultant
AiCore · London Area, United Kingdom · Remote
AI Delivery | AI Transformation | Automation And Agents | Workforce Enablement | Remote-first, UK
Join The AI Core to help deliver the next generation of AI-enabled enterprise transformation. We work with ambitious organisations to move AI adoption from experimentation to execution: redesigning real workflows, building practical automations and agents, and helping teams become genuinely AI-capable.
We are now looking for an AI Delivery Consultant to help deliver client programmes that create measurable workforce capability, productivity gains and business value.
This is a hands-on, client-facing AI role. Alongside teaching people about AI, you will also redesign workflows, build working automations alongside client teams, mentor learners one-to-one, and help organisations adopt AI in a way that is practical, safe and valuable.
We are looking for someone who can build, teach, consult and bring people with them. A brilliant engineer who cannot support non-technical learners will struggle here. So will a charismatic trainer who is not genuinely hands-on with AI.
What you’ll do: You will deliver hands-on AI transformation programmes across client cohorts and accounts. You will redesign real client workflows and turn them into AI-enabled ways of working. You will build working automations, agents and AI-enabled processes alongside client teams. You will coach and mentor learners one-to-one, helping both technical and non-technical users build confidence and capability. You will run practical workshops and hands-on sessions that move beyond tool awareness into real adoption. You will diagnose client needs across workflow redesign, AI capability, automation opportunities, governance, adoption and value realisation. You will help clients see measurable progress through completion, competency, satisfaction, adoption and business outcome tracking. You will stay current on frontier AI models, tools and techniques, bringing newly possible capabilities into client delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What success looks like: Client teams can demonstrably do AI-enabled work they could not do before. Each learner or team leaves with a redesigned workflow they actually use. Working automations and agents are built, adopted and understood by the client. Clients can run, explain and extend what has been built; delivery is not a black box. Client satisfaction, learner outcomes and manager confidence are consistently strong. Value is visible on the client’s own scoreboard, supporting retention, renewal and expansion.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have: Deep, hands-on expertise with LLMs, AI agents, automation tools and AI-enabled workflows. Evidence of real automations, agents or AI tools you have personally built or shipped. Strong consulting or solution-architecture instincts: you can diagnose the real problem before designing the solution. Experience redesigning how teams work, not just teaching people which tool to use. The ability to explain technical AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, then dial the depth back up for engineers or technical teams. A credible, client-facing presence with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders, managers, learners and technical teams. Strong one-to-one coaching, mentoring or enablement skills. Comfort working across AI strategy, workflow redesign, automation, adoption, governance and business value. Curiosity and pace: you are constantly testing new models, tools and techniques. Strong judgement around security, governance, maintainability and enterprise readiness.

Why join: AI adoption is moving from experimentation to execution. Employers no longer need generic AI awareness, they need governance, workflow redesign, working automations, practical adoption and measurable workforce capability. This is a chance to be at the centre of that shift. You will help organisations build the confidence, systems and skills to use AI in real work, in the workflows that shape productivity, quality, capacity and growth.
Hiring process: As part of the process, we will ask you to show something you have actually built (an automation, agent or AI-enabled workflow) and walk us through the decisions and trade-offs. We will also ask you to explain a technical AI concept to both a non-technical stakeholder and a technical audience. The ability to move between those two levels of analysis is central to this role.
