AI Delivery Lead

AI Delivery Lead – 12 Month Contract (London Hybrid)

About the Role

Join AMS, a global workforce solutions partner, as an AI Delivery Lead for Computershare on a 12-month contract. Based in London, this hybrid role (2-3 days per week in the office) will see you drive the end-to-end execution of an AI and digital transformation programme across one of the world’s leading financial administration providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic delivery leadership: Own the full lifecycle of AI, data, and digital initiatives—from ideation through to global deployment—aligning complex programmes with Agile/DevOps pipelines. Drive budget-on-time, high-impact outcomes across hybrid teams.

  • Technical vision for AI solutions: Lead implementation of agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled products, ensuring seamless integration into production. Oversee MLOps processes—including prototyping, scaling, and full operational performance.

  • Transformational change: Embed AI within core business processes (e.g., security, fraud detection, workforce automation) to maximise operational efficiency.

  • Commercial and stakeholder alignment: Translate technical AI use cases into measurable ROI, refining solutions that deliver direct commercial value. Collaborate with external partners/specialists while building and communicating with leadership across the business.

  • Scalability and adoption: Champion the adoption and adoption of AI tools, ensuring broad access and effective smarts within a distributed team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven AI/ML and cloud experience (AWS/Azure) with 2–3 years leading high-complexity digital orchestration projects.

  • Cross-functional leadership, with a history of bridging engineering, business, and strategy teams.

  • Commercial mindset: Can customer journey{m}AI capabilities to address real pain points, always anchored to tangible value propositions.

  • Agile and DevOps expertise: Experience applying scrum, kanban, and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate AI solutions.

  • Stakeholder fluency: Deep communication and negotiation skills; comfort engaging senior executives on technical trade-offs.

  • Proactive mindset: Stay ahead-of-curve on emerging AI fronts (prompt engineering, foundation models, agentic workflows) with a passion for experimentation.
