Job Description
Your Influential Mission: You Will…
Agile Delivery Management
- Take ownership of agile delivery cadences, including:
- Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and dependency management.
- Backlog planning, ticket management, assignment, and end-to-end delivery tracking.
- Defining and delivering documentation processes for the Central AI team and business units.
- Lead short-, medium-, and long-term planning, prioritisation, and reporting.
- Deliver projects internally and cross-functionally, involving stakeholders and resources from all Playtech Business Units.

Platform Operations
- Own monitoring, alerting, incident, and problem management, as well as post-mortems and corrective-action tracking for the Central AI Platform.
- Hands-on management when incidents arise, fostering a culture of safe and compliant AI operations across the AI team and Playtech.
- Define and implement processes to enable safe and scalable AI platform adoption, while maximising self-service and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with Security, Privacy, Service Ops, and business-unit teams to establish shared processes.
Governance, Audit & Compliance
- Oversee audit documentation, process execution, and evidence management across frameworks such as:
- ISO 27001
- Financial IT General Controls (ITGCs)
- Emerging AI standards like ISO 42001
- The EU AI Act
- Drive governance and compliance practices ensuring the team and platform operate to the highest standards.
AI-First Ways of Working
- Champion AI-first workflows by automating delivery, operations, and audit processes using AI tools and the platform.
- Set industry standards for AI adoption at Playtech by proving and refining capabilities internally before rolling them out.
Potential People Leadership
- Manage team members in the Central AI team, depending on your experience and interests.
Qualifications
Components for Success: You…
- Have proven Agile delivery management experience in a technical engineering environment.
- Demonstrate a solid background in platform operations, including:
- Monitoring, incident response, problem management, and SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) practices.
- Show demonstrable experience handling audit and compliance evidence (e.g., ISO 27001, ITGCs, or comparable frameworks).
- Excel in cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders such as:
- Playtech Product Units
- Security
- Compliance
- Privacy
- Legal
- Service Ops
- Have deep knowledge and enthusiasm for AI systems and solutions, with a willingness to travel hands-on with AI tools and build workflows.
