Job Description
As a founding member of the AI Deployment Team, you will bridge the gap between Tracelight’s powerful AI tools and elite financial professionals. You’ll embed within top-tier institutions, identifying high-value use cases and driving product adoption. This high-impact role combines technical product shaping, strategic consulting, and enterprise account growth.

What You Will Do
- Embed with enterprise clients to identify and build complex AI-driven modelling, reporting, and data transformation use cases.
- Lead end-to-end client adoption and account expansion, designing bespoke demos and onboarding elite teams at global institutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape Tracelight’s features based on direct observations from the field.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 2-5 years of experience from a top-tier consulting firm, investment bank, or private equity institution with deep modelling expertise.
- Demonstrates high agency and exceptional commercial instincts, comfortable navigating relationships with senior partners and managing directors.
- Possesses technical curiosity and the ability to leverage AI tools or write simple scripts to solve immediate user challenges.
