We are seeking a Senior Specialist / Principal Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents, copilots, and agentic solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on developing production-ready agentic solutions using Microsoft AI technologies, Databricks AI capabilities, and modern software engineering practices. The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills with expertise in AI agents, orchestration frameworks, enterprise integrations, and intelligent automation.
The role offers flexibility for candidates from software engineering, AI engineering, agent development, low-code, or automation backgrounds. We are looking for engineers who are passionate about building practical AI solutions that automate work, augment decision-making, and transform business processes through intelligent agents.
Working alongside architects, consultants, and delivery teams, you will contribute to technical design, build scalable and secure solutions, and create reusable assets, frameworks, and accelerators that strengthen our Agentic AI capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions that deliver measurable business value.
- Build solutions using Microsoft AI technologies including Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop intelligent agents using Databricks AI capabilities including Mosaic AI and modern agent development frameworks.
- Design and implement agent workflows, orchestration patterns, and autonomous business processes.
- Build agents that integrate with enterprise systems, business applications, APIs, data sources, and knowledge repositories.
- Develop retrieval, memory, context management, and reasoning capabilities to improve agent effectiveness and user outcomes.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to contribute to solution design and technical decision-making.
- Support discovery workshops, technical design sessions, and solution shaping activities where required.
- Build reusable agent components, skills, frameworks, and accelerators that improve delivery quality and speed.
- Perform testing, evaluation, optimization, and continuous improvement of AI solutions and agent performance.
- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned to engineering best practices.
- Contribute to capability development, knowledge sharing, and the adoption of emerging agentic technologies.

- Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation platforms, copilots, or agentic applications.
- Experience with one or more modern AI and agentic platforms, including: Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, AI Databricks, Mosaic AI, Databricks Agent Framework, Modern agent orchestration frameworks.
- Experience integrating solutions with APIs, enterprise systems, business platforms, and knowledge sources.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices and the software development lifecycle.
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong software engineering experience using Python, TypeScript, C#, or similar modern programming languages.
- Experience designing and developing AI agents and agentic applications using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or Databricks Mosaic AI to build enterprise AI solutions.
- Experience developing cloud-native applications, APIs, and integrating enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, memory management, and AI reasoning techniques.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Power Automate to deliver intelligent business automation.
- Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, and quality assurance.
- Experience designing multi-agent architectures, orchestration patterns, and workflow automation for complex business processes.
- Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI, security, observability, and monitoring within enterprise environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills, with a passion for delivering practical AI solutions that create measurable business value.
