AI Director - Consulting - Financial Services

Required Experience: Proven consulting background, ideally in top-tier or specialist firms, with a track record of building or significantly scaling a practice area, service line, or offering focused on the financial services industry Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify client needs, shape winning proposals, and deliver profitable engagements. Deep understanding of the AI landscape, from data foundations and model development to governance and responsible AI, preferably within financial services Experience engaging senior stakeholders across large financial institutions and translating AI capabilities into tangible business value Skilled in practice leadership, team building, proposition development, and cross-functional collaboration. Most of our client’s now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
