AI shouldn't just help developers write code - it should build software alongside them.
We're building software with an AI-native engineering model. AI agents handle entire development workflows while engineers design the systems, context, and guardrails that make those agents successful.
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who wants to build enterprise software differently. You'll own features end-to-end while continuously improving the AI workflows that accelerate development across the team.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade features across Java, React, APIs, and cloud services.
- Build AI-powered development workflows that automate coding, testing, debugging, and code reviews.
- Own features from design through production with a strong focus on quality and customer experience.
- Mentor other engineers by sharing reusable AI workflows, tools, and best practices.
- Continuously improve engineering velocity through automation and AI.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
