The future of software engineering isn't writing more code - it's building AI systems that write, test, and improve software alongside you.

We're building products with an AI-native engineering model. AI agents own large portions of the development lifecycle, while engineers build the workflows, context, and guardrails that make those agents successful.

We're looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer to lead by example—building enterprise software while creating the AI engineering systems that multiply the productivity of the entire team.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver enterprise-grade features across Java, React, APIs, cloud services, and AI-powered workflows.
  • Build AI engineering systems that automate software development, testing, code reviews, and delivery.
  • Lead technical direction, mentor engineers, and raise engineering quality across the team.
  • Partner closely with product leadership to rapidly turn ideas into production features.
  • Continuously improve engineering velocity through AI, automation, and reusable development workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
