About the Role
You’ll join our team of AI Educators at a fast-growing media company, teaching thousands of members how to put AI into real-world practice. This is a hands-on, on-camera role where you will:
- Live in the latest AI tools daily
- Build practical workflows that members can learn from
- Turn research and experiments into engaging educational content
You'll work alongside a team of passionate AI educators, directly reaching one of the world’s largest AI audiences. Whether you specialise broadly in AI or excel in a niche area, you’ll help members develop real-world AI skills through:
- Video lessons and tutorials
- Live sessions and workshops
- Personal feedback on individual projects
Key Responsibilities
- Experiment daily with new AI tools, frameworks, and workflows, identifying which innovations are genuinely valuable for members
- Create and deliver engaging educational content, including scripted, recorded, and published videos (with support for post-production editing)
- Maintain a steady output of high-quality, on-brand materials for a fast-paced media ecosystem
- Engage directly with the audience by:
- Hosting live office hours (OMGs)
- Answering member questions (e.g., Slack, Discord)
- Offering personalised feedback on individual projects
- Collaborate with the education team to:
- Translate cutting-edge AI discoveries into actionable guides, courses, and workshops
- Ensure members can adopt technologies effectively across every domain

Skills and Experience
Core Requirements
- A passionate interest in AI, with active, daily engagement and curiosity about new developments
- Autonomous work style: able to script, record, and publish educational videos independently
- Strong community engagement instinct, understanding how to cater to diverse learner needs and remove friction
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly—transforming technical research into easily digestible, actionable insights
Open to Either of Two Tracks
- Broader AI generalist who embraces the full spectrum of AI applications
- Deep domain specialist with niche expertise (e.g., AI for productivity, creative workflows, emerging tech)
Desirable (but not mandatory)
- Experience teaching or mentoring others (e.g., freelance tutoring, corporate training, peer coaching)
- Facilitating live sessions (workshops, webinars, Q&As, or community-hosted discussions)
- Existing public profile via independent content creation (e.g., YouTube, podcasts—or maintaining a study-focused AI-related brand)
- Proven success in building AI workflows for specific industries (e.g., scaling business operations, design prototyping, or developer automation)
- Experience Amplifying knowledge in an industry: converting complex insights into accessible, usable formats for targeted audiences
