About The Role

We are looking for an AI Enablement Analyst to join our growing AI Centre of Enablement (CoE). This role will help shape how AI is governed, adopted, and scaled across MS Amlin Business Services (MS ABS), working with business and technology teams to turn ideas into measurable outcomes.

Acting as the operational engine of the AI CoE, you will coordinate AI demand, maintain our portfolio of AI initiatives, support governance activities, produce management reporting, and help ensure AI opportunities are prioritised, delivered, and tracked consistently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, bringing structure to emerging technologies, and helping teams realise value from innovation.

MS Amlin Business Services (MS ABS) supports our entire organisation through IT, Cyber, Procurement, Legal, HR, Facilities Management, and Finance. Our vision is to be a trusted partner and solution provider of choice.

MS Amlin is part of a global top-10 insurance group, MS&AD. We’re made up of four distinct businesses covering Global Reinsurance, Lloyds Franchise, Local Specialty Insurer, and Business Services.

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing

  • Manage and maintain the organisation's AI Use Case Portfolio, ensuring new AI opportunities are assessed, tracked, prioritised, and progressed through the appropriate governance and delivery processes.
  • Coordinate the intake, review, and prioritisation of AI ideas, working with stakeholders to understand business problems, challenge assumptions, assess potential value, and help determine the most appropriate solution approach.
  • Support the operation of the AI Centre of Enablement by organising governance forums, preparing meeting materials, tracking decisions, maintaining action logs, and ensuring agreed activities are followed through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain reporting on AI activity, including adoption, usage, business value, benefits realisation, key performance indicators, and portfolio progress for leadership stakeholders.
  • Work with business and technology teams to define use cases, document requirements, capture expected benefits, and support the development of business cases for new AI initiatives.
  • Help create and maintain AI standards, templates, guidance material, assessment forms, governance artefacts, and reusable assets that support the safe and effective adoption of AI across the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
