AI Enablement Coach - Fully remote

Are you passionate about the power of AI and excited to help shape the next generation of professionals who will drive AI adoption and enablement in the workplace?

We're looking for an AI Enablement Coach to support apprentices enrolled on AI Enablement programmes - helping them develop the technical knowledge, digital confidence and applied AI capability required to thrive in today's workplace.

This role focuses on 1:1 coaching, mentoring and learner development, ensuring apprentices not only understand AI concepts introduced through their learning, but can confidently apply them in real-world business environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality 1:1 coaching sessions to support learner development and progress
  • Guide apprentices in applying AI, automation and digital transformation concepts within their workplace
  • Coach learners to identify AI opportunities and implement practical solutions to real business challenges
  • Support the development of skills in AI implementation, digital project support, workflow improvement and troubleshooting
  • Review learner progress, portfolio evidence and workplace projects, providing constructive developmental feedback
  • Create tailored action plans that build learner confidence, competence and readiness for End Point Assessment
  • Use real-world industry examples to contextualise coaching conversations and workplace application
  • Inspire, motivate and empower apprentices as they progress into specialist AI & Digital roles
  • Work collaboratively with employers and internal teams to ensure learners remain engaged, on track and successful

  • Strong hands-on experience in applied AI Enablement, AI Implementation or Digital Transformation
  • Practical experience with tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini or equivalent AI platforms
  • Working knowledge of No-Code / Low-Code AI tools
  • Experience creating AI Agents, Assistants or AI-powered automation workflows in business environments
  • Previous experience in Coaching, Mentoring, Training, Teaching or Apprenticeship Delivery (Coach / Skills Coach / Trainer / Tutor / Lecturer / Teacher / Mentor)
  • Passionate about developing early-career professionals within AI and Digital
  • Strong ability to build rapport, motivate learners and support individual development

This is a fully remote working role, and salary is £55,000 - £65,000.
