About the Role
A AI Enablement Lead is needed to ** Future-proof our delivery teams** in AI— spalotting emerging tools, models, and training needs to ensure our coaches and instructors stay ahead.
Your Responsibilities
- Trend Analysis: Proactively scan AI advancements, deciding what’s critical enough to action—and when.
- Enablement Strategy: Maintain an updated AI capability map across the team, assessing gaps and measuring impact.
- Training Coordination: Design quarterly enablement plans—aligning format, content, and timelines. Work with vendors, internal experts, and partners to deliver.
- Performance & Measurement: Define KPIs for AI enablement and use data to optimise future investments.
- Team Leadership: Guide Senior Enablement Coaches & Instructors, setting high standards through quality assurance and structured training.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Delivery Enablement and collaborate with Learning, Delivery, and Operations—focusing on enabling a workforce primed for AI-driven apprenticeships.
Success looks like: confident, agile coaches delivering measurable business value—before changes impact learners.
Your Skills & Experience
An L&D titan with hustle—fresh off scaling training in fast-moving industries like EdTech or SaaS, equipped to tackle AI’s disruption.
Must Have
✔ Proven Enablement, L&D, or Capability Planning expert (preferably in tech/digital spaces). ✔ Sharp trend-spotting instinct: A knack for predicting AI shifts and translating them into actionable training. ✔ Orchestration expert: Skilled in briefing, enabling, and holding quality bars across specialist teams. ✔ Deep AI curiosity: Fast learner—able to spark rules with tech leads, ask precise questions, and prioritise investments wisely. ✔ Influence with no hierarchy: A knuckles-knocking presence who can sway Delivery, Product, and Operations (dotted-line relationships FAQ). ✔ Ability to sequence delivery from chaotic inputs into clear, prioritised plans.
