AI Engagement Lead
About forgd
forgd partners with Anthropic to help enterprise customers adopt Claude Code, Claude for Enterprise, and the Claude Developer Platform. We work hands-on with enterprise organizations to demonstrate what's possible with Claude, run focused proof-of-value workshops, and guide multi-week engagements that fundamentally change how teams build software and run their businesses.
About the Role
As an AI Engagement Lead at forgd, you will own the full lifecycle of AI transformation engagements that reshape how enterprises build software and run their businesses. You are the single accountable lead, from scoping through closure and expansion. This is not a traditional project management or post-sales handoff role—you will be a strategic partner who drives measurable AI transformation outcomes alongside our Applied AI Architects, serving as the single point of contact for customer sponsors and executives.
You will manage concurrent engagements across our offering portfolio, ensuring every engagement delivers demonstrable value, drives lasting adoption of Claude within the customer's organization, and builds the delivery practices that scale forgd's impact. You will lead scoping and SOW authoring with GTM, coordinate teams of 1–5 Applied AI Architects during delivery, and build the templates, methodologies, and operational infrastructure that define how forgd delivers.
Responsibilities
Engagements
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI transformation engagements as the single accountable lead, from first scoping conversation through SOW, kickoff, execution, closure, and expansion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and forgd's standards of excellence
- Translate ambiguous inputs (customer decks, proposal drafts, discovery notes, scoping conversations) into structured engagement plans the architect team can deliver against
- Manage engagement scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Partner with Anthropic's customer success and account teams to coordinate on shared customers—ensuring forgd engagements translate into sustained Claude activation and usage growth

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
