About The Role
We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as AI Training Program Coordinators. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions to aspiring AI professionals, guiding them through our comprehensive curriculum that includes fundamental data methodologies, programming, AI model development, and real-world project applications. You will serve as a mentor and supporter throughout the learners' journey, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills and certifications to succeed in entry-level AI roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and Data Science, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and mentorship. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of AI professionals and contribute to closing the skills gap in the industry.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and related technologies.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented by relevant experience.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in technical subjects is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, familiarity with AI frameworks, and understanding of cloud platforms like Azure are desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively engage with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to student success are key qualities for this role.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training sessions covering AI fundamentals, Python programming, AI models, and application development.
- Facilitate hands-on learning through real-world projects, ensuring learners gain practical experience.
- Provide mentorship and support to students, addressing their questions and guiding their progress throughout the course.
- Assess learner performance through assignments, quizzes, and project evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and certification requirements.
- Coordinate with the curriculum development team to update course content and incorporate industry best practices.
- Support learners in preparing for industry-recognized certifications such as Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals, and CompTIA Data+ and AI certifications.
- Engage with the recruitment team to assist graduates in securing suitable employment opportunities in the AI industry.
