About Us

Headquartered in Leeds with capabilities in both India and Saudi Arabia, we deliver AI-driven transformation to help our clients accelerate change and unlock competitive advantage. Our services span software engineering, AI implementation, cloud transformation, and technology strategy development, combining strategic thinking with exceptional delivery. Our global team is made up of passionate, highly skilled individuals with experience across software engineering, technology strategy, and change management. As we grow our team, we are looking for people who want to be part of a culture that empowers bold thinking, celebrates diverse perspectives, and thrives on innovation.

About the Role

As an AI Engineer, you’ll design, build, and deploy AI features that solve complex problems and deliver real value to our customers. Working across a variety of client projects, you’ll apply your expertise in areas such as conversational AI, image and data classification, and scalable model deployment, bringing cutting-edge AI to production environments at scale.

You’ll collaborate closely with our customer engagement and engineering teams to design and build robust, safe, and intuitive AI systems. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be writing code, building pipelines, and iterating quickly based on feedback from real users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of AI solutions across multiple client engagements.
  • Collaborate with Abstract Customer Engagement and clients to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
  • Work with client data teams to ingest, clean, and prepare data for modeling.
  • Build and integrate AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, OneReach.ai, LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks for conversational AI.
  • Design and optimise Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including embedding generation, vector database configuration, API, MCP and retrieval tuning to improve accuracy, latency, and relevance in conversational AI.
  • Optimise prompts for closed source large language models (LLMs) or post-train open-source LLMs to build new or improve existing agentic workflows.
  • Understand and guide on evaluation frameworks to measure model safety, accuracy, and performance, including recall, precision, F1-score, and other relevant metrics for both conversational AI and classification models.
  • Collaborate with our DevOps team to produce MLOps pipelines to speed up experimentation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Ship AI models into live production environments and iterate rapidly based on usage, feedback, and metric-driven insights.
  • Write clean, testable, and scalable code in .NET or Python and integrate with backend services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AI research and tools, applying them pragmatically to solve real problems.
  • Design and refine prompts, workflows, and evaluation frameworks for autonomous AI financial analysts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
