About The Role
We are seeking motivated and passionate AI Training Instructors to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, data science, or related fields, along with excellent communication skills. As an AI Instructor at Newto Training, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions to students at various skill levels, from beginners to those seeking to upgrade their expertise. Your role will involve designing curriculum content, facilitating hands-on projects, and providing mentorship to ensure learners gain practical skills that are directly applicable to the industry. You will also collaborate with our curriculum development team to update course materials, incorporate the latest technological advancements, and maintain high standards of educational quality. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Professional experience in AI development, machine learning, or data analysis is essential. Certifications such as Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials are highly desirable. Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, familiarity with AI frameworks, and experience working with AI models are required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. A passion for teaching, mentorship, and continuous learning is also important to succeed in this role. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive approach, adaptability, and a commitment to student success.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on AI fundamentals, Python programming, AI models, and AI engineering concepts to students with varying levels of experience.
- Design and update curriculum content to reflect the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
- Develop practical, real-world projects and exercises that enhance learners' understanding and application of AI concepts.
- Provide mentorship and support to students throughout their learning journey, addressing individual needs and challenges.
- Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments, providing constructive feedback to facilitate improvement.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers and industry experts to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.
- Participate in outreach activities to promote the training programs and attract prospective learners.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training methodologies and materials to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
