About the Company

This is a rare opportunity to join a business that is rapidly scaling its AI capabilities as part of a major Data Transformation 2.0 programme. The foundations are already in place, multiple repositories, a modern data stack, and strong executive sponsorship, and now the focus is on making data truly ready, reliable, and usable so the organisation can accelerate AI delivery next year.

About the Role

You’ll help shape a gold-standard approach to applied AI: building responsibly, testing rigorously, and ensuring models and automations are grounded in clean, trustworthy data. This isn’t a role for an established AI engineer; it’s for someone curious, hands-on, and excited to bring structure to complex problems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain AI-driven tools, automations, and prototypes
  • Develop Python-based solutions that integrate with existing systems
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data is clean, reliable, and ready for AI workloads
  • Apply responsible AI principles, including bias assessment and robust testing
  • Help define best practices and contribute to a gold-standard AI engineering approach
  • Support the creation of orchestration layers across multiple AI platforms
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine use cases and deliver measurable value

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
