Welcome to AiCore: London Area, United Kingdom | Remote
About the Role
We are pioneering the next era of AI-enabled enterprise transformation. Our mission is to move AI from hypothesis to impact by helping ambitious organisations reimagine workflows, deploy practical automation and agents, and foster genuine AI capability across their workforce.
We are seeking a dedicated AI Engineer to drive measurable change in client programmes—boosting workforce productivity, capability, and tangible business value.
This role isn’t just about building AI—it’s about delivering measurable outcomes, working hands-on with clients to transition from experimentation to real adoption.
What You’ll Do
As an AI Engineer, your responsibilities include:
- Deliver hands-on AI transformation programmes across client cohorts and teams.
- Redesign real-world client workflows, transforming them into AI-enabled ways of working.
- Build working automations, AI agents, and end-to-end AI-augmented processes in partnership with client stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor individuals and teams (both technical and non-technical) to boost AI confidence and capability.
- Create practical AI adoption workshops that go beyond tool awareness into real-world impact.
- Diagnose client needs across workflow redesign, AI adoption potential, automation opportunities, governance, and business value attainment.
- Track progress using pain points like completion rates, competency acquisition, satisfaction, and measurable business impact.
- Stay ahead of the curve, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge AI models, tools, and techniques into client-facing solutions.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Role Requirements
We’re looking for a dynamic, business-savvy engineer-educator with the following traits:
Your Expertise
- Deep, hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, and workflow automation tools.
- A track record of shipping real automations, agents, or AI tools (personal projects or commercial outputs).
- Consulting and problem-solving skills: Diagnosing core workflow problems before prescribing a technical solution.
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while offering depth to technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience redesigning team processes—not just training users on existing tools.
- Comfortable guiding across AI strategy, automation, adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Strengths
✔ Cross-functional presence – Bringing AI insights to senior executives, managers, users, and technical teams. ✔ One-to-one mentorship – Teaching but also earning trust through hands-on collaboration (no good is just a "fixer"). ✔ Judicious and curious – Constantly testing new models/tools while weighing risks like security, governance, and scalability. ✔ Client-first mindset – Delivering for outcomes, not just features.
