About The Role
We are seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as AI Training Coordinators. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering our comprehensive artificial intelligence courses to aspiring learners. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding students through technical content
- Facilitating engaging learning experiences
- Providing support to help them achieve their career goals
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of AI fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education and technology. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a solid background in artificial intelligence, data science, or related fields, with proven experience in teaching, training, or mentoring. A degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant discipline is preferred. Certification in AI or data-related areas, such as Azure AI Fundamentals or CompTIA Data+, is highly advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner. Prior experience with online or classroom training platforms is desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and helping others succeed. No prior industry experience is required for applicants with a strong soft skill set and enthusiasm for technology education.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on AI fundamentals, Python programming, AI models, and application development, ensuring learners understand both theoretical concepts and practical applications
- Facilitate engaging and interactive learning environments that encourage active participation and knowledge retention
- Provide personalized support and mentorship to students, addressing individual learning needs and challenges
- Develop and update course materials, assessments, and project work to reflect current industry standards and technological advancements
- Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and motivate students to achieve their certifications and career goals
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance course content and delivery methods
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity and equal opportunity for all participants
- Assist in organizing webinars, workshops, and industry networking events to enrich the learning experience and connect students with potential employers
