AI Engineer

Location: London / Hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)
Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 + bonus
Security Clearance: MUST be a sole British Citizen

We'd also consider AI Software Engineers and Forward Deployed Engineers. Multiple positions available.

We’re supporting a rapidly growing AI and intelligence technology business delivering cutting-edge solutions within the defence and national security space. This organisation is building advanced AI-driven platforms that help turn complex, high-volume data into actionable intelligence used in real-world operational environments.

As part of continued growth, they’re looking for AI Engineers to help design, develop, and deploy scalable AI systems across a variety of greenfield and mission-critical projects. You’ll work alongside high-calibre engineers, data scientists, and product teams building next-generation capabilities leveraging LLMs, machine learning, knowledge graphs, retrieval systems, and modern cloud infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Building and deploying AI-powered applications and services

  • Designing scalable backend systems and data pipelines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams
