About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and passionate AI Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our comprehensive AI courses, supporting students throughout their learning journey, and ensuring they achieve their career goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to student success. You will work closely with our curriculum development team to continuously improve course content, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and provide guidance to learners from diverse backgrounds. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the next generation of AI professionals and contribute to the growth of our training programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in AI, data science, or technical training is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of AI fundamentals, Python programming, machine learning models, and AI application development is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively support and motivate students.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and instructional design is a plus.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a passion for technology education, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to evolving industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver engaging AI training sessions, ensuring alignment with industry standards and learner needs.
  • Support students through mentorship, answering technical questions, and providing career guidance.
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers to update and improve course content based on industry trends and feedback.
  • Monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and interventions to maximize learning outcomes.
  • Organize and facilitate practical projects, workshops, and real-world case studies to enhance hands-on experience.
  • Maintain relationships with industry partners to facilitate job placement opportunities for graduates.
  • Assist in the development and administration of assessments, certifications, and digital badges.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by participating in webinars, industry events, and promotional activities.
