Company Description
AMPLIFYR.ai Limited is an AI-powered brand analytics platform that leverages multi-agent systems and LLMs like GPT, Claude, and Perplexity to help businesses understand market positioning. Operating a production-grade multi-agent system on AWS, they provide actionable insights through advanced signal generation, research workflows, and their own MCP server.
Job Description
As an AI Engineer at AMPLIFYR.ai Limited, you will design and evolve the multi-agent systems and LLM pipelines powering their brand analytics platform. You will architect agent topologies, manage cloud infrastructure on AWS Bedrock, and build evaluation frameworks to ensure high-quality outputs. This is a hands-on role defining the future of agentic AI.
Location
London, UK
Why this role is remarkable
- Work on a production-scale multi-agent platform that orchestrates Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity models through a sophisticated and proprietary MCP server.
- Join a fast-moving team where you have the autonomy to make build-vs-buy decisions and shape the technical direction of the entire AI platform.
- Solve complex technical challenges beyond simple bootstrapping, including agent memory design, reflection loops, and multi-tenant isolation for high-stakes enterprise clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Develop a robust LLM evaluation platform with golden datasets and LLM-as-judge metrics to track cost, latency, and quality across multiple model providers.
The ideal candidate
- Brings 3-5 years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years shipping LLM or GenAI systems into a production environment.
- Demonstrates strong Python skills and hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or the OpenAI and Claude Agent SDKs.
