About the Role
We're a fast-growing, premium body care brand, based in the UK. AI isn't a bolt-on for us, it's native to how we operate, and we're hiring someone to help build that out properly.
This is a hands-on builder role, we want working systems in the hands of our operators, not strategies on a slide deck. You'll work alongside our departmental leads to ship fast. You will be responsible for the creation of internal AI tools, agents, and automations that make a real difference to entire departments and team members.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain AI tools, agents, and automated workflows for internal teams
- Integrate frontier AI models (primarily Claude) into our systems, third-party platforms, and BigQuery data warehouse via MCP servers, APIs, and CLI workflows
- Set up and secure self-hosted infrastructure including GPU workloads, model serving, and internal endpoints
- Own the security posture of the AI stack. Secrets management, access control, prompt injection mitigation, and audit logging
- Prototype quickly, gather feedback from operators, and iterate to production

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
