Remote - UK Indicative package: £80k – £120k + benefits + potential equity
We’re currently beginning early conversations with exceptional AI Engineers for an upcoming role within a profitable, early-stage HealthTech company.
The business is building AI-driven software designed to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency across healthcare, working closely with clinicians and real-world data from day one. This is an opportunity to get in early, help shape the role, and influence both the technical direction and company culture as the team grows.

- Designing and developing AI / ML models applied to real healthcare problems.
- Working closely with founders, product, and clinical stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Contributing to early architecture decisions around data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps.
- Rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iteration based on feedback and results.
The kind of background we’re interested in:
- Strong experience as an AI / Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
- Solid Python skills and hands-on experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Exposure to deploying models into production environments.
- Comfortable working in small, fast-moving teams.
- Experience with healthcare, life sciences, or regulated data is a HUGE plus
- Positive, professional, and high-energy — someone motivated by impact as much as technology.
