- They are now expanding aggressively, with plans to add around 80 people over the next couple of years.
- You are part of that growth.
About the Role
The fund operates across global macro and fixed income and is now pushing hard into systematic strategies. AI sits right at the centre of that push, and this role sits right at the centre of that.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- This is genuinely greenfield. The team will be transparent with you about that. There is no established playbook here, no legacy system to maintain, no one looking over your shoulder telling you how it was done before.
- You are helping shape what this function becomes, which means real ownership from day one.
Responsibilities
- You will be working across LLM and generative AI development in a production environment, bringing Python fundamentals that you can apply to genuinely complex financial problems.
