Responsibilities
- Own the entire AI platform end-to-end: design, architect, and ship multi-agent and LLM-based systems with an ambition rarely seen in engineering roles
- Greenfield opportunity: Full autonomy to develop foundational AI infrastructure from scratch, backed by the requisite budget and decision-making power
- Tech stack & expertise: Previous ability to actually ship production-grade multi-agent/LLM systems—not theoretical work or isolated contributions, but clear track record of execution
Requirements
- Password to get in: strong Python fundamentals—you know what good code looks like because you've built it
- Shipping record: Hands-on experience deploying multi-agent and LLM systems into live environments
- Ownership mentality: Independence to design, implement, and drive AI-driven innovation with explicit stakeholder buy-in from the start
