AI Engineer | London (Hybrid) | Financial Services
Want to build AI solutions that actually make it into production?
I’m partnering with a highly respected financial services organisation that is making a significant investment in Enterprise AI. This is an opportunity to join at the start of that journey, helping to design and deliver secure, scalable AI solutions that will transform the way the business operates.
This is not a research role or a proof-of-concept environment. You’ll be building production-ready AI products used across front office, operations, risk and control functions within a regulated business.
What you’ll be working on
- Building AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks
- Developing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), LLM and intelligent automation solutions
- Creating scalable data pipelines and integrating multiple enterprise data sources
- Working with Snowflake, APIs and Power BI to deliver actionable insights
- Taking AI solutions from concept through to deployment, governance and ongoing optimisation

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
